What's eating your week?
I'm the owner. I read every message myself and get back to you fast with a straight answer, even if the answer is "you don't need AI for that."
Got it. I'll get back to you fast.
Pinelever is a one-person AI consultancy in Raleigh, NC, for owner-run businesses across the Triangle: tools built for how you already operate, and training your team will actually use.
01What I do
- Custom tools
- I build small, focused tools around the work that eats your week, like sorting intake, filling forms, and pulling reports. They run on the software you already have, and you own them.
- Team training
- Hands-on sessions built around your own documents and tasks, not generic slides. Your people leave knowing what to use AI for, what not to, and how to check its work.
For example: intake emails → spreadsheet rows · messy PDFs → one-page summaries · weekly reports that fill themselves in · first drafts of quotes and invoices
02How it works
Visit. I come to you, watch how the work actually gets done, and find the two or three places AI will save the most time.
Plan. You get a short written plan, priced for your business before anything starts.
Build and train. I build the tools and train the people who'll use them.
Move on. You own it, it runs without me, and I'm a text away.
03What I can't guarantee
I can build the tools and train your team. I can't force people to accept that.
Whether it sticks comes down to your culture: leadership backing the new way of working, and the team getting time to learn it. The businesses that get the most from this are the ones where the owner says "we're doing this" and stays with it. I'll make it as easy to adopt as I can. The rest is up to you.
04Why Pinelever
Pine for North Carolina. Lever for getting more done with less effort.
The pine is North Carolina's state tree. It stands for where I work and the businesses I work with: local, practical, built to last.
A lever is one of the oldest tools there is. It lets one person move far more than their own strength allows. That's what AI should be for a business: not a replacement for your people, but a lever that helps them do more of the work that matters and less of the busywork that doesn't.
05Who it's for
Owner-run businesses in Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, Apex, Wake Forest and the rest of the Triangle, roughly 5 to 50 people, where everyone wears too many hats and nobody has time to figure out AI on their own.
Most often: property managers, small law firms, CPA and bookkeeping firms, salons and spas, and home-service companies.
06One person. Based in Raleigh.
I'm Ethan, and Pinelever is me. I help owner-run businesses across the Triangle put AI to work on the tasks that eat their week. I show up, learn how your business actually runs, fix it fast, then move on, and you own what I built.
