AI help for Chapel Hill, Carrboro and Hillsborough businesses
Quick answer: Looking for an AI consultant in Chapel Hill, NC? Pinelever is a one-person AI consultant serving Chapel Hill, Carrboro and Hillsborough. I come to your business, find the work that eats your week, set up AI tools around it and train your team. I fix it fast, then I move on.
Orange County's small businesses tend to be practices and offices with more paperwork than people: law and accounting firms, property managers renting to students and university staff, real estate offices, and the shops and studios along Franklin Street and in downtown Carrboro and Hillsborough. That's exactly the kind of work AI helps with when it's set up around how you already operate.
What Chapel Hill-area businesses usually ask about
- Small professional practices: intake summaries, first drafts of routine letters, and document summaries on the firm's own accounts, with a person reviewing everything. (More for law firms.)
- Property managers with student rentals: the August move-in rush, guarantor and application follow-ups, and maintenance requests turned into work orders. (More for property management.)
- Shops, studios and service businesses: replies to the questions you answer every day, review responses, and posts written in your voice.
Typical requests, not client stories.
Made-up example: a small Chapel Hill law office
A 6-person practice gets 20+ web and email inquiries a week. Each one is read, retyped into an intake sheet, and checked for conflicts by hand. After a Kickstart: each inquiry becomes a clean intake summary (who, what, when, other parties) for a paralegal to check, and the first reply is drafted in the firm's voice. Nothing goes out without an attorney's review. (Fictional firm, made-up numbers.)
How it works
1. Kickstart. Half a day at your place. I start on the quickest win right away and send a fixed-price plan for the rest within 5 business days.
2. Build or train. A small custom tool at a fixed price, or hands-on team training on your own documents.
3. Then I move on. You own what I built.
