AI help for businesses in Cary, Apex and Morrisville
Quick answer: Need an AI consultant in Cary, Apex or Morrisville, NC? Pinelever is a one-person AI consultant serving all three, plus Holly Springs and Fuquay-Varina. I help small offices use the AI they already pay for, build small tools for repetitive work, and train the team, in person.
Western Wake is full of owner-run businesses with small offices and big workloads: insurance agencies, CPAs and bookkeepers, property managers, salons, pet businesses, home-service companies, and the restaurants and shops in downtown Cary and along Salem Street in Apex. Many already pay for Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and haven't touched the AI that came with it.
I'm a one-person AI practice in the Triangle. I come to your office, find the repetitive work, and either build a small tool for it or train your team to handle it with AI, then stay available to help.
Where I usually start with Cary and Apex offices
- The AI you already pay for. Many offices here are on Microsoft 365 business plans. A half day on Copilot and Outlook, using your own emails and documents, is often the fastest win. Team training →
- Front-desk and admin load. Appointment requests, intake forms and "just checking in" emails get drafted replies and land in one organized list.
- Client paperwork. For bookkeepers, insurance agencies and property managers: documents summarized, missing items chased with drafted follow-ups, and monthly updates pulled together.
- Service businesses. Quote requests from your website turned into a first-draft estimate and a fast, friendly reply.
Typical requests, not client stories. Local client examples will be added only with permission.
Made-up example: a 12-person Morrisville office near RTP
A small B2B services office lived in Outlook: client questions, meeting follow-ups and weekly status reports, all written by hand. After a half-day session on the Microsoft 365 Copilot features they already paid for, plus two saved prompts for status reports, the team's Friday reporting got noticeably shorter. How it works
1. Kickstart. Half a day at your office, the quickest win started right away, and a fixed-price plan within 5 business days. Credited toward what comes next.
2. Training or a custom tool. Fixed prices, agreed up front.
3. Then I move on. You own what I built, and I'm a text away.
